Lost Property:
We are not responsible for any belongings left at Depot, at any time.
If we find any lost property, it will be held in our lost property section in the Office, but it will still remain under the responsibility of the owner at all times.
At no time will we accept any responsibility or offer any form of compensation for items left abandoned in the venue.

It’s first come first serve for seats at tables. Don’t by shy and share tables with other people!
Yes. We ask that anyone not playing Bingo stays in the main bar room.
Tickets are non-refundable. You can always try selling the ticket to your mates or on Facebook!
Prizes are given out on the night. Any prizes not taken are kept until the following week. If it’s not collected the prize is automatically forfeited by the winner and reclaimed by us.
Yes. Generally, we’ll have three street food traders. We cannot guarantee gluten-free/vegan/vegetarian options.
We aim to start the first game between this 19:30 and 20:00.
It’s first-come-first -serve for door tickets. We cannot predict when the door tickets will sell out by so please come down early! Doors open at 6pm.
Please check your junk email folder. It’s probably in there.
You will receive an e-ticket. Please print/bring this with you on the night. When you show your e-ticket on entry you will receive your Bingo Book.
Tickets can be purchase in advance at www.seetickets.com We also have a limited number of tickets on the door but due to the popularity of Bingo Lingo we advise buying your ticket in advance.

Do I need a table reservation to come to Bingo?
No, we have unreserved tables also if you don’t reserve a table. These are just further away from the stage.
What do I need?
An Entry Ticket for each person. You’ll receive your bingo book & a pen on your way in!
Timings?
Most shows are 6pm doors with an 8pm start time. A word of warning though, our events are very popular so the queue can get quite long though so we’d advise coming as early as possible. The show finishes around 11:15/11:30pm!
Is there food available?
Yes! We have multiple street food traders in the venue who provide food for all dietary requirements including vegetarian and gluten-free options.
Is there a dress code?
We have all manner of fancy dress outfits and very well-dressed folk. Joggers and caps are however not permitted.

To trade at Depot, you need to be registered with your local council and have a food hygiene rating. Your FSMS needs to include up to date public & employers liability, fire safety procedures, gas and electric safety certificates and all other relevant documents. We will not consider you if these are not in place. We’re only looking for the best street food traders at our events. As we have a high number of enquiries, we may not be able to respond to everyone.
The Depot Warehouse is wheelchair friendly and has disabled access facilities. The pathways from Cardiff City centre are managed by the Council and therefore we are not responsible for access along these paths. There are drop curbs along each junction on the way here.

Fridays for Bingo Lingo 6pm-11pm, and on Saturdays for Street Food Saturdays from 5pm-11pm. Where we hold seasonal and one-off events (such as Oktoberfest, Halloween, Gin-Stock etc), please see the relevant Facebook event page. Our office is open 10am-5pm Mon-Sat
At our street food and fanhub events, children are welcome up until 8pm, provided they are accompanied with an Adult at all times. Children are not allowed at Bingo Lingo.
DEPOT does have parking for the Street Food Social events. It is however only a short walk from Cardiff train station and we encourage people to arrive by foot.
You can easily reach us by foot from the back of Cardiff Central train station. It’s a 5-10min walk along Penarth Road. Head towards the Big Yellow Self Storage building, and turn left down Curran Embankment and then it’s the first left and then head down Williams Way. Keep walking until you reach the end of the street and you will see the DEPOT signs on your right.
