Richard Ashcroft heads to Cardiff Castle next summer for a huge outdoor headline show on Thursday 16 July. Fresh off a standout year supporting Oasis across their 2025 stadium dates and the success of his seventh solo album Lovin You โ which landed at Number Three in the UK charts โ he returns in peak form.
A two-time Ivor Novello and triple BRIT Award winner, Ashcroft remains one of the UKโs most influential songwriters. His set will draw from a catalogue that spans generational anthems with The Verve through to his expansive solo work.
Heโs joined by a heavyweight support bill: original Kasabian frontman Tom Meighan, bringing his trademark vocals and material from his solo album The Reckoning, plus rising indie favourites Apollo Junction opening the night.

UK Garageโs biggest breakout star Sammy Virji lands in Cardiff for a huge open-air headline show at Shangri-La in the Castle, joined by a stacked line-up of special guests including Salute, Silva Bumpa, Arthi B2B Saint Ludo, Yemz and Lucas Alexander.
One of the most in-demand names in dance music right now, Virji is at the forefront of the UKG resurgence. From viral DJ Mag sets to packed-out festival crowds worldwide, his rise has been rapid. Known for feel-good energy, heavy basslines and razor-sharp selections, his sets are built for full-scale party moments.

Fresh off the release of her acclaimed third album and debut book, Self Esteem (Rebecca Lucy Taylor) enters 2026 at full throttle. From the anthemic Focus Is Power โ soundtrack to the Lionessesโ Euros victory coverage โ to her run as Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Taylor has become one of the UKโs most fearless and celebrated creative voices.
