American Hi-Fi Join Cardiff Castle Lineup This Summer
The lineup for one of this summer’s biggest nights at Cardiff Castle just got even better.
American Hi-Fi have been announced as special guests for Bowling For Soup and Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls, joining the bill for the Bowl My Bones tour when it lands at TK Maxx presents DEPOT Live at Cardiff Castle on Saturday 4 July.
It’s a huge addition to an already stacked show.
Celebrating 25 years as a band, American Hi-Fi were one of the defining names of early 2000s pop-punk and alt-rock. With massive tracks like Flavor Of The Weak, The Art Of Losing and The Geeks Get The Girls, their return to the UK marks a rare chance to catch them live – their first visit in over a decade.
Adding them to a lineup already headlined by Bowling For Soup and Frank Turner & The Sleeping Souls takes this show to another level.
Bowling For Soup bring the chaos, humour and non-stop singalongs that have made them festival favourites for decades, while Frank Turner’s relentless live energy and connection with fans has built one of the strongest reputations in UK live music.
Now, with American Hi-Fi in the mix, this becomes a full-blown celebration of pop-punk, alt-rock and everything in between.

Fresh off a standout year supporting Oasis across their 2025 stadium dates and the success of his seventh solo album Lovin You — which landed at Number Three in the UK charts — he returns in peak form.

UK Garage’s biggest breakout star Sammy Virji lands in Cardiff for a huge open-air headline show at Shangri-La in the Castle, joined by a stacked line-up of special guests including Salute, Silva Bumpa, Arthi B2B Saint Ludo, Yemz and Lucas Alexander.
One of the most in-demand names in dance music right now, Virji is at the forefront of the UKG resurgence. From viral DJ Mag sets to packed-out festival crowds worldwide, his rise has been rapid. Known for feel-good energy, heavy basslines and razor-sharp selections, his sets are built for full-scale party moments.

Fresh off the release of her acclaimed third album and debut book, Self Esteem (Rebecca Lucy Taylor) enters 2026 at full throttle. From the anthemic Focus Is Power – soundtrack to the Lionesses’ Euros victory coverage – to her run as Sally Bowles in Cabaret, Taylor has become one of the UK’s most fearless and celebrated creative voices.
