Flow & Feast X Summer

Sunday 22nd August, join us at DEPOT for FLOW & FEAST SUMMER – a celebration of movement, vibe & whole hearted nourishment!
This season, we are very excited to be collaborating with the delicious Indian street food phenomenon THE INDIAN GUY – bringing a colourful FEAST of eastern aromatic foods to the table. But before we hit the table, we will first be hitting the deck – with a hearty FLOW of movement & breath to live beats by DJ SPICE!
Whether you have taken part in a couple of yoga classes before or been practicing for years, it’s the perfect time this summer to join Flow & Feast to help raise some VIBE and intentionally carve out some time for yourself.
There will be zingy health shots on arrival, thali plates of India’s favourite lip smacking dishes for mains with all the essential sides, followed by dessert and refreshing mango lassi’s! DEPOT bar will also be open should you wish to add a tipple or 2 to your feast (not included), which you can order to your table via the app.
WE CAN’T WAIT to welcome you back (or for the first time!) to Flow & Feast this August – an evening of many magical moments to be had! Everyone welcome – either individually or as a group (although we encourage you to come along with a friend to share both the food & the experience with somebody else!)

For Arrival (pre flow)
Lemon, ginger & tumeric shots

Mango Lassi: frozen mango, banana, lime and orange blended with thick coconut yoghurt and topped with coconut granite
For Mains (all dishes served as thali)
Pani Puri: “Ball shaped poppadoms” filled with black chickpeas, potato, onion & coriander, topped with savoury gram sticks & tamarind flavoured water.
Crispy Bhajia: Thin slices of potato in spiced chickpea flour, deep fried and seasoned.
Kachori: Deep fried balls of curried moong dal & peas, wrapped in savoury pastry.
Chana Dal: A lentil based dish, using two different varieties of dals blended with spices.
Pau Bhaji: Mumbai’s favourite street food! Assorted vegetables mashed and slow cooked in a blend of Indian spices and a tomato based sauce.
Aubergine and Pea Curry: Shallow fried, spiced aubergine cooked with peas
