Cage The Elephant

February 22, 2027 @ 19:00 - 23:00

Grammy Award-winning rockers Cage The Elephant bring their Dying In Reverse Tour to Depot for one unmissable Cardiff show — their only Welsh date and one of just five stops across the UK.

Two decades since they burst out of Bowling Green, Kentucky, Cage The Elephant have become one of alternative rock’s most electrifying live forces — a band whose stage-diving, no-holds-barred performances have earned them legions of fans and a reputation no arena or stadium has ever quite been able to contain. Now they bring all of that raw energy to the intimate surroundings of Depot.

Expect the hits that made them: ‘Ain’t No Rest for the Wicked’, ‘Shake Me Down’, ‘Come a Little Closer’, ‘Cigarette Daydreams’ and ‘Mess Around’, alongside fresh material from their forthcoming seventh studio album — including new singles ‘Beaches In Tennessee’ and ‘Dying In Reverse’.

Fresh from a monster run supporting Oasis on the Live ’25 Tour, the band return to the UK reignited and firing on all cylinders. In the words of frontman Matt Shultz: “We’re so excited to return to Europe and the UK on this tour. The audiences over there have always embraced us, and we can’t wait to come back and play the new songs!”

Across their career they’ve racked up billions of streams, dozens of Gold, Platinum and Multi-Platinum certifications, and two Grammy wins for Best Rock Album (Tell Me I’m Pretty and Social Cues). This is a rare chance to see a genuine headline act up close.

  • Fifteen years ago, Duke Dumont played his first headline show for Shangri-La in Cardiff. Now he’s back — and this time he’s bringing everything with him.

Since that first show, Dumont has built one of the most uncompromising careers in electronic music. UK #1 singles. A cult-favourite DJ series in For Club Play Only. A 2022 Coachella set that announced him as a genuine live force. And a debut album that proved there was far more to him than the dancefloor — though the dancefloor has always been where it matters most.

His latest album Union is the clearest statement of intent yet. Designed to be heard in full, in a room, with a crowd — not shuffled on a playlist. Every track built for the live experience, including euphoric anthem The Chant, which has become a centrepiece of his acclaimed live show.

That show — complete with custom visuals, stage design, and a production built to fill the biggest rooms — comes to Depot this October.
